"On Sunday, 5/22, I was scrambling to put together a bday party for my grandson on very short notice. He was turning 4 and he loves Spider-Man! I went to the LSM store on Woods Chapel to get bday cake and balloons. I knew I wouldn’t be able to find a Spider-Man cake but I was hoping to find something then put a Spider-Man figure on top and make it work. I talked to Rihann (sorry if I mis spelled her name) in the bakery. She went above and beyond to make me a cake and added a Spider-Man Topper. Her kind, courteous and professional response to my needs along with Terry in the florist office making A great balloon arrangement, helped to make my grandson’s bday a big success! He was so happy when he saw the cake. Thanks Rihann and Terry!"
