"I have worked for two companies that use Unifirst. As a non management employee l, I get to experience the reality of the quality of service. Bluntly, it sucks. I don't see how a uniform service provider does not comprehend. The importance of having all uniforms sets returned every week. Just like clock work. How is it acceptable that they just can't seem to do their job, most weeks. Here and there we will receive a full set return. I'm guessing, 30% of the time. And this particular issue myself and fellow employees have been dealing with for two years. Unfortunately doesn't seem like a temporary issue that in first is trying to resolve."
