"I wish I could give this place less than one star. I went in on Saturday, had a terrible experience with a rude employee. After reading the reviews I decided I didn’t want to support their mean girl business anymore and attempted a return. Another associate helped me and yet again, was rude and condescending. With their ridiculous “in store only” credit policy, I now am stuck with a $49 paperweight. I’m not sure how they’re still in business."

"I recently decided to try this boutique again after being unhappy with the customer service (or lack of any service). I went in 2 times during the same week and not one person working (2 girls each time) acknowledged I was there. I had several sweaters in my hand to try on and the employees were more concerned with their phones and steaming a skirt than offering any help towards me. I sat my stuff down, walked out and won’t be going back. The clothes are cute but I can buy them at any one of the other 20 boutiques in town that value customers."

She knew my name and when I went in there, I felt like so much more than just a number. As her business has grown over the years, she has continued this welcoming environment and instilled those same values in her employees. Couldn’t recommend her or her business more!!! Plus, she has super cute stuff!!"
