"DON'T ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU EXPECT YOUR FOOD TO BE RIGHT OR IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I ordered from them on Doordash. Didn't receive the side of cheese sauce or one of the extra ranch sauces. Also....my large chicken California came with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo on it when I checked all the boxes to remove those on Doordash. I contacted them and sent them photographs. The manager at the store rudely denied making things right because they didn't have it that way on their receipt. Well what I put into Doordash is what I ordered. Not what prints on your keyed in receipt. I will NEVER order from here again. I paid $15 for the sandwich alone on Doordash and could not eat it due to an allergy and they still wouldn't remake it. I wasn't asking for a refund. Just something I could actually eat."
"This is a pretty good Charleys. The wait usually is not bad and the food is always fresh and delicious. Love their strawberry lemonade, it's one of my favorites."
"I have had a few mix ups here during the lunch rush, but they always make it right again. Chicken Philly with fries is my favorite. They cook the meat just right so that it is not dry or tough. Thanks lunch crew!"
