"First day andbcant even access my unit cause my code don't work tried to reach out and still no help it's been a week I can't even access my unit to get my tools for work because I work to late when I call it says we are closed why is it if I'm a few days late for my payment you want to lock me out of my unit but yet you guys don't want to hear no debt to your end of the lease agreement and give me an access code to access the facility and a property to get to my storage unit when I need to get to it so why am I paying for unit that I can't use to get you just to get locked out of it if I'm late but if you guys don't hold up to your end of the lease agreement what's that mean for me are you guys going to cop me a month for the lost wages and the time and the stress that I have over this last week by not being able to access my tools by not going to get into my storage unit and get things I need but I need them you guys have been made aware of this a week ago and it said it was going to be fixed do not rent from this place it is a sham a scam they refuse to fix anything that needs to be fixed as a cameras or busted out and shot and spray painted this place is awful"

"Bought some storage units at an online auction and the codes to gate never worked. I was given two separate codes and neither worked. Also , the combinations for the locks were wrong in different emails. Lastly, two of the 3 units I bought had doors that were messed up and not working properly. Not a great experience really."

"This facility is NOT safe period!!! All of the security cameras have been tampered with and are either facing down or broke completely off the buildings. Only a few of the lights work out side the rows of units. It’s completely pitch black once dark very dangerous. In the back of the facility they allow people to live in camper or rvs. Currently there is a man with a generator living in the back right across from my unit that is very questionable. This is my second time moving units due to safety and red dot does absolutely nothing about this concerns. UPDATE: to be fair I have waited 2 months since my original post to allow you time to address my concerns but absolutely NOTHING has changed at this location!!! Since my original post my unit has been broken into and the lock cut off my unit. There is still not enough lighting the cameras are still broken and there are still random people coming and going on foot and living on the property!"

"Served it’s purpose and at a good price, be aware though that theft happens a lot over here, luckily we already cleared most of our valuables but we came to get the rest of our stuff and our lock was gone along with our mini fridge and a few other things. Good facility just risky! P.S. there’s a LOT of large bugs (crickets, roaches, spiders, mantis etc) so if youre not a fan of bugs be aware."
