"Toured a two bedroom apartment and did not have a great experience. Christine showed us around and she was very unfriendly and unprepared for the meeting (the first thing she asked was did I want to tour a two or one bedroom and I had clearly indicated that in my tour request). The apartment she showed us had surprisingly small “walk-in closets”. I don’t think I would have been able to walk-in to it if there was anything in it and I’m rather petite."

"Been a resident for 4 year. In that time, rates have increased by 40%, care of the shared areas/equipment/grassy areas/parking lots has dropped precipitously, and the general quality of the complex end-to-end has fallen drastically. Electrical junctions and AC unit service panels are removed/open exposing wires and internal components to the elements. Siding has fallen off in various locations and is left on the grassy areas and by sidewalks. Dog feces is everywhere, partly because owners fail to pick up after their dogs, but also because the numerous stations for pick up are rarely stocked and often overflowing. Community standards and policies are barely/rarely enforced. Local staff has little-to-no understanding of the services/functions/administration of the campus, and attempts to get information are clunky and often vague or flatly ignored, if you can find a means to actually contact anyone. These are examples just skimmed off of the top of my head. All of which is a terrible shame since, at the time when I originally moved in, this place actually did well to meet some of the expectations that are marketed. Hopefully for other/future resident's sake they will get things under control, but I am happy to no longer be renewing my lease here."

"My experience here can’t be more traumatizing. I moved in and found the house was not cleaned at all. It looked exactly as the day when I schedule a tour before I moved in. Even worse, I found lot of bugs inside bathtub and even inside fridge. I contacted the office and they sent someone to clean the Apt again. At that time I thought everything will be better. But three weeks after, when I opened the fridge, bugs showed up again inside the fridge. I think for large possibility, there is a secrete place inside the fridge with tons of bugs. But no one cares, no one takes action for pest control. they just leave me stay in this apt with tons of bugs. I just hope my lease can end as soon as possible and I can get rid of this nightmare."

"This is great place to stay. Much improved since new management takes over. Much cleaner neighborhood, staff were extremely polite and respectful. Property is organising events which were fun for entire family. Children park is finally coming up. Gym is renovated. Laura, Britanny and Adam are the best from the management!!!"
