"This apartment complex has various issues, like mold, HVAC breaks, leaky plumbing and wet carpets that just get dried out instead of properly treated for water damage underneath. The service life of apartment carpets is five years, and this scam operation will use the security deposit when replacement is due. That is not the legal purpose of a security deposit."
