"LIARS! Was quoted 185 NOT ONCE was right! then they started charging 1000+ promised a refund for the mishap upon cancellation now they want 1300 MORE!! I am not the person to write bad reviews or the person to be mad, heck I gave them chance after chance to correct mistakes even though it made me drain my savings, but now they have lied and made moe furious and may have cost me an apartment because now I wont be able to afford first month rent due to thier lies, head my advice STAY AWAY!"

"I had them for 3 years. Could never get my insurance right and the guy is very rude. The first place that did not care about keeping your business. Even auto renewed my auto insurance but for some reason not my home owners. Found out when I got a call from my mortgage company. Switched to State Farm and is cheaper with better coverage."

"Great place for car insurance. I'm also a AAA member. They are very helpful if you need a tow or run out of gas or even if your in accident. They are friendly and helpful people. They also have discounts on all sorts of things. Plus they offer life insurance at a great price for the amount of coverage."

"I am new to MO and went into this AAA to pay for my registration and tags that are due August 3rd, 2018 and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. After she told me "we do not sell registration and tags at this store." I then asked if she knew which AAA store offers the purchasing of registration and tags? She replies back with "Not at this store." Knowing I was speaking to her she ignores me and picks up a call that she just received after my arrival, so I left. What a b*tch! I ended up calling another AAA store and the nice lady over the phone was able to direct me to an AAA store which offers the purchasing of registration and tags."
