"Back in December my husband and I took in a long haired cat that was abandoned on the porch of an Air B&B and this poor guy was matted almost top to bottom, for MONTHS we tried everything to get his mats out from having the vet trying to shave him, to us buying numerous different combs and pet clippers, nothing worked for us. We called around to many different groomers and no one would take our cat in to groom him. Until I found A Trusted Friend! She spent the time to explain the process and ask me any and all questions about my cat. She made sure she understood the situation and understood our needs. She worked diligently to get us in as quickly as she could and maintained communication the whole step of the way! During our 2-Day grooming (my sweet boy needed the break), she made sure he was as comfortable as possible and gave as many breaks as he needed. She let me be there with him during the entire appointment to ensure his comfortability. She gave me tons of knowledge and advice on how to maintain his grooming/brushing as well! I HIGHLY recommend her for any and all Kitty grooming! Cat groomers are so hard to find so I’m so thankful we have her in our life now!"

"Priyanka is always on top of it! I have an Aussie who can be anxious at times but he loves going over to A Trusted Friend. I have used her boarding and grooming services, and she goes over the top for both. During the boarding, we received multiple updates with photos and videos of our dogs! It made the process so easy and comfortable. She is also a professional groomer and gets my dog looking perfect every time. I am lucky to have found her and she is in a great location in north KC! Definitely recommend."
