"I have been going to Liz Nails for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My nails always look amazing and I receive compliments on them frequently. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I have a regular pedicure and have waxing done, I am always happy with every service. My daughters have gone with me since they were little and when they are in town ask to go to Liz Nails. I highly recommend Liz Nails!"

"I made an appointment there yesterday for a full set and pedicure. I came in at 3:00 and didn’t finish until after 5:30pm which was very long. I chose this place because the photos were so nice but there is absolutely no way that these recent photos are their work! Maybe one or two techs have nice work but the two men that worked on me- their work looks so bad. I hate to even write a bad review but it is just not even close to what I saw in photos. The toes are sloppy, not even filed straight, the gel is outside of the lines on my skin, some toe nails didn’t get fully polished, and each nail is a different shape. The toes literally look like an inexperienced beginner did them. For the fingers- I had a photo that I’ll attach. It doesn’t look anything like the photo. I told him the color I wanted with chrome which I he did do correctly- but the shape and length is totally wrong. All the nails are inconsistently shaped. Some are too short and fat and not matching the opposite finger. The acrylic also is on my skin in some areas and the polish is up on my cuticle. After getting home and looking at the nails I’m not even sure if I want to go back in for a re-do. I paid quite a bit and they didn’t honor that $7 off that I mentioned when I made the appointment. Also the price for gel is actually $15 additional, not $10 as mentioned on their pedicure list that’s handed to you when you sit down."

"I got my nails done for vacation, just after four days they broke. I went again with the expectation i would not have to pay again, but i was charged again! Twice in under 4-5 days. I wanted a specific color and they did not have it so i had to pick another color. The first time i paid and tipped more that 25% and the next time I was charged $15 for basically shaping and painting the broken nails again without fixing them. Not only that but my skin/cuticles have been peeled and I bled with pain. I wanted simple almond nails with a basic color that costed me twice as much and they still look horrible. They do not give clarity of the services and prices and charge you last minute. I am never going there again, horrible service. Very disappointed."

"I have been to Liz’s nails several times. And each time I have gone everyone has been so friendly and helpful. You may have a bit of a wait without an appointment, but we’ll worth it! If you desire any type of nail art, Tess@Liz is a wonderful nail technician! I showed her a picture and gave me exactly what I wanted! She never rushed and took her time to make sure I got what I wanted. Great customer Service! I have gotten so many compliments on my beautiful Autumn Nails!"
