Bonniebrook Home & Museum
Bonniebrook Home & Museum, located in Walnut Shade, Missouri, is a historic institution on the National Register of Historic Places. The museum and store showcase the artwork of the renowned artist, writer, suffragist, activist, and philanthropist, Rose O'Neill. Visitors can explore a full-scale recreation of O'Neill's 14-room Ozarks mansion, where she found inspiration for her art, poetry, novels, and short stories. The O'Neill family homesteaded the land in 1893, and Rose O'Neill named the property Bonniebrook in 1894.
