"Quality Plumbing always lives up to its name! Chad came today and fixed a sewer smell issue that we’ve had for a long time with just an hour of thoughtful work. He was careful, thorough, and explained complex plumbing to me in a way I could understand. He also came up with a couple of alternative options for fixing the issue if it returns, and has put them in his notes for any other plumbers who come out. I always appreciate the care Quality Plumbing takes at my house and highly recommend using them."

"Do not recommend. Asked for three things. Plumber told me to just do it myself. After this he replaced a supply line and charged me $350. The next day I called to complain and spoke with the manager. He promised to follow up with me and never did. Then they called me again to ask about satisfaction and I complained again. Promise they'd call me again and never called me. I recommend you look elsewhere."

"Josh was great to work with. He explained why he didn’t need to do some work that I thought was needed. He was very efficient and moved to a second task while we needed to have water on to finish a task. He showed us the parts he replaced. Those definitely needed to go. Our toilet and shower were functioning properly when he finished. He is courteous and professional! I’d definitely use Quality Plumbing again!! They are 24/7 service."

"I called Quality Plumbing for a water heater replacement. The woman who answered my call was courteous and very helpful. She quoted me a price I feel is very reasonable and set up an appointment. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call and a text from technician Tony S . He let me know what time he would be arriving. He showed up right on time and began working. I’m a retired electrical / HVAC tech . I was very impressed by the high quality work and his skills. He was also a pleasure to talk with. I am very happy with Quality Plumbing and have already recommended them to other family members. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."

"I cannot say how happy I am with the excellent service I received from everyone at Quality Plumbing. From the first contact with Brent who came to my house when the sewer line break was identified, to working with Mike M. on numerous calls over 3 weeks (sometimes multiple times a day) after getting little information from my supplemental insurance and me having to reiterate the information was provided on X date, to Josh who had to come back for additional video for insurance, who spent time with me to understand the process for the fix and any potential damage and what could be expected on my property, he was so very patient with all my questions and making sure I understood and was good before leaving. To finally getting approval from supplemental insurance and making scheduling quick and painless, to the crew that dug up my yard and fixed the line and snaked the break to main ( Derrick, Mason and Curtis) they were so kind as I asked a lot of questions once they started and there was minimal damage to my yard, before they left they wanted to make sure I was good and didn’t have any questions, then to Josh calling me the following day to confirm all is well. These guys Rock!!! I highly recommend them for their knowledge and experience, great customer service and doing an excellent job. I have hired them for a full replacement with a liner and have no doubt they will provide exceptional work soon on that project."
