Extremely disappointed with Smart Style. My son needed a haircut and they were no where to be found. I do not recommend them at all."
"The “manager” will lie to your face about a product working just to get you to buy something. I should’ve known that a WHITE brass off conditioner is NOT the toner. I told her I needed the shampoo and she says “it’s actually the conditioner that tones your hair”…really…a white conditioner is gonna tone my hair. Yea ok. I left it in my hair for about 10 minutes and nothing changed. They are just desperate to sell products and will lie straight to your face. I would ask for my money back but I know I would just be wasting my breath."
"I came here to let my daughter get her hair pressed and I was very pleased. We didn't have an appointment but when I asked the young lady was it ok if we come in as a walk in she gladly let my daughter come inside and made her feel comfortable."
