"The establishment looks nice but the service is always rushed. The manager seems to want to quickly fill a seat even though they’re understaffed. I was left with two workers in training to do a pedicure and they nipped all my toe nails and clipped some skin. After the pedicure began to burn, I asked him how long they worked there before he allowed them to do a job such as a pedicure. He said they started last week. He then offered to “put fake toe nails on” for me. I politely declined and left. I would not recommend going here."

"I’m so tired of people giving hard working businesses bad reviews. First if you have to ask a price on something you shouldn’t be there in the first place. I went to get my pedicure and manicure. The old woman as I’ve heard her so rudely described took her time and did a great job. My manicure turned out better than I thought it would since I was trying something new. Keep up the hard work."

"The service was fine but the quality of work was absolutely awful. I was in a hurry that day and popped in for a color change on my toes. I had gel on and was getting gel. The paint job wasn’t the best, definitely could have been better or worse, but my main issue was the guy completely drilled my toenail off while taking off the old paint. I pulled my foot away 3 times because it hurt but he kept drilling at it until it was bleeding. Then he painted over my skin like I wouldn’t notice I was completely missing a small toenail. Then charged me $5 extra bucks for the removal. The price was already high which I expected because of the location, but I could have gotten a full pedicure for the same price 5 miles down the road. Save yourself the pain and suffering."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I got my nails done on 7/28, and as of 8/3, I’ve been back twice to get two nails replaced that fell off while typing at work. This morning ANOTHER nail fell off. Please do not be fooled by the nice ambiance at this location. They are trash."

"My experience was terrible. the guy was nice but it seem like he didn’t know what he was doing. before getting my service done i asked for the price and ended up walking out paying double that. he was very aggressive and the name shape is terrible. 0/10. i should’ve asked to get these soaked off cause hell no."
