"Tonight was terrible! I told them I wanted a fresh fish combo, fries no salt and 6 piece nugget. My order was cashed out at 7:33 pm..I originally got to McDonalds at 720pm...Got to the window to get my food at 736pm... Immediately tasted the fries...they were terrible. I gave them back and asked could I get the fries that's coming up. The manager dumped my fries back in that grease and returned them to me. No, I didn't see it but I'm not a fool. As I drove off I tasted the fish it was ice cold...so I went into the store and told them my problems. Manager was not interested but called for fresh food. I sat there waiting another 20 minutes or so for food that never came. I asked for my money back. The manager was hot... She called someone on the phone and told them I requested hot food but decided to get a refund. She didn't tell them that I had been waiting all this time. It took another 5 to 8 minutes to get my money back. McDonald's on 82 East in Columbus MS needs the boot. They need to be shut down. This has been going on for years...not weeks..not months but years..it's sad...I stopped going for a long time, but started back occasionally because my God Daughter loves they fries. Something has got to change. I said I was done with 82 McDonald's before, but this time it's a done deal. I will spend my money where I'm appreciated...not where I'm treated like I'm tolerated."

"This place has gone downhill a lot in the past few years. There is almost always something wrong with our orders, whether it be that they just completely left an item out or they made the food completely wrong. This McDonald’s used to be our go-to for quick food, but we have now definitely learned to only order through doordash for this store, because DD will at least give a refund when everything is messed up."

"When I arrived at Mc Donald's, i almost left because the drive thru line was backed up (both lines). I figured it was going to take forever. BUT this girl right here ( Mrs. Linda)is the BEST! She was very polite, nice, well mannered and had a smile on her face. I was almost done with Mc Donald's ( because the others in the past have been rude). She definitely will be the reason I go back."
