Lost Pizza Co Columbus

"Just ordered pizza tonight called the Otis online. Added some ingredients and specified no bacon. I came to pick up the pizza, I had to wait in line for an order that out already paid for. The order I received was cold, and the pizza was very light in weight to have been a meat lovers pizza. Only half of the crust was covered with the ingredients so I went home and redressed the pizza and added cheese. Very dry, not sure what kind of sauce is used. I spent almost $40 to be terribly dissatisfied. I’m sure they can be better but it just seems like tonight was not it."

"We come here twice a month and food is always good! Dining room is always dirty! Tonight is typical, there are 7 booths empty, but not cleared so we sat at a rickety table hoping our pizza wouldn't slide off and onto floor due to how wobbly it is ( not kidding )."

"Overall I had a good experience. A friend and I went and I paid for our pizzas. She got the Otis and took off a couple of items and replaced with veggies. I got the Happy Hippie pizza and took off olives and added jalapeños and banana peppers. I didn’t realize I’d been charged for 4 veggies until I’d already paid and got my receipt! I get charging for extra meats and charge me for the extra veggie I added but I shouldn’t have been charged for veggies if I’m swapping out regular veggies like peppers and mushrooms. If the restaurant is going to do that; they need to let the customer know so they can say ok or to pass on adding. I do think both registers should have been open because we got between a huge party and it took the guy several minutes to ring up orders."

"Look, I wanted to like it. Solid beer selection, solid atmosphere, friendly albeit inexperienced and mistake prone staff. But the pizza is terrible. If you've ever been to New York, or New Jersey, or Italy and had pizza, then don't bother. Heck, if you've ever been outside of Mississippi and had pizza, dont bother. It is not a good pizza. The dough may not be pre-made, but it sure tastes like it. Over sauced. I think the websites claim of high quality ingredients is nonsense. Hot garbage. Domino's or Papa John's is a better choice. And my children's sprite tasted like there was moldy soda lines. We make better dough in our kitchen aid at home, and it's overpriced to boot. Seriously, don't bother."

"On a recent visit to the Columbus, MS area; we were enticed by the favorable Google rating of 4.4 stars. Our experience was less than average. A $70.00 take-out order was made which included two (2) signature pizzas and.Greek salad. Thin-crust was requested and that was the initial bad decision. The thin crust is pre-made cardboard similar to what you can buy in the grocery store. The toppings were bland and the pizza lacked any taste whatsoever. Coupled that the pizzas were over-cooked resulted in nearly half the order being discarded. On a positive note, the location is easy to find. Once inside, the decor is fun and the dining area appears clean and well maintained. Finally, the staff was very friendly and completed the order as requested. The takeaway was the quality of the pizza. Not being harsh, but I’ve had better $9.00 frozen pizza. Perhaps a bad night. Yet, for the amount spent; I was expecting a better quality product."
