"If you have a schedule or are an adult with normal life obligations, this place likely won't work for you. Think banking hours, but worse for availability. The billing and website are pretty lacking. Ultimately, I stopped going after getting completely ghosted trying to schedule appointments. It's ultimately disappointing for $250/hr. I got some value out of the few appointments I was able to make, but for $250/hr, there are likely better options for most."

"I am a new patient and they are refusing to make an appointment for me despite being in-network (the billing person thinks they are out of network but my insurance confirmed it to them personally that they will cover my bill) and giving them my credit card info just in case. The providers may be amazing but unfortunately it looks like I will not find out due to their “support” staff. Currently looking elsewhere. I just have a tight in network circle so it’s difficult. I am so frustrated with these people. I will edit this review if anyone calls me back ever to resolve any issues. However, looking at reviews on here seems like there are similar problems."

"The therapist I seen here was absolutely amazing! However the billing department is impossible to get ahold of. I have been trying to resolve a billing issue we’re I was over billed and it has been going on for almost a month and still has not been resolved. I cannot get ahold of anyone via phone or email its so frustrating. I would strongly recommend going somewhere where you are actually able to get ahold of a person reguarding issues because this place ain’t it."

"Please, look elsewhere! I saw my therapist for a few months, until scheduling became an issue, so we had to unfortunately stop. I never saw statements online or in the mail from Rum River Therapy. They charged my debit card and my HSA card several times for several hundreds of dollars all without seeing any bill or being talked to or notified that my cards would be charged. After they did that, about two months go by and they charge my HSA card again without warning! This place is so dysfunctional and poorly run, it will cause more harm than good. Look somewhere else!"

"This is my 2nd time here. And I am seeing a new person. Past therapist is no longer there. But I seem to like the place. I am very picky who I speak to. And I need to make a connection. Took me a few sessions but I am feeling better about speaking out. Sometimes you have to have trial and error to be able to find a therapist that will work for you. The place is quiet and welcoming. I like the new location. Better parking options too."
