"I've been going to this location a lot because of where I live. The front desk people are friendly. I am thankful that they are able to see me regardless of an appointment or urgent care. The nurses actually make it better for their patients because it can be stressful. They are enthusiastic. As a professional scare actor, I always get sick in the fall and I can depend on them to get me the care I need. Even though Urgent Care can be busy and you might wait a long time, they still see as many patients as they can. On behalf of my demons and I, thank you Fairview!"

"I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We will be going elsewhere. They charge you for illegitimate office visits. Either someone is not scheduling for the appropriate appointment or they do this intentionally. My husband went in for an annual exam which is necessary for a med refill! They charged him an office visit because they discussed his cholesterol during an appointment for his preventative care. That is unacceptable!! They claim they notify patients at check-in. Maybe that is their policy that is not being enforced, because my husband insists they did not tell him. This multiple office visit charging has happened more than once! Fairview won't get another chance!"

"Diane Samson did not listen to any of my concerns. A lot of information in my chart was false or not asked of me. Taken from 9+ years ago. I have a very horrible cough and cannot sleep and simply wanted some prescription cough medicine. Instead she prescribed me something that does not help with sleep and only helps about 40% of patients who take it. I will not return here again."

"Super quick and efficient staff. They had 4 employees at the front desk which made check in very easy. I had a preventative exam with Dr. Eisenschenk and he was very professional and easy to work with. I also had to stop at the lab to get tests done and the lady at the front desk was very nice and even offered me orange juice instead of water. Great experience overall and would definitely come back."
