"I want to leave a good review...but after waking up at 1:30am to this tremendous light from outside...I must protest. The nice gentleman upgraded my room, we had banter, I went and got dinner, fell asleep. Well the room is directly in front of a spotlight that shines on the side of the building. You could tape the blind shut to block it out. So after a longer sleep in due to a poor choice room i am behind schedule and disappointed the my $ value. Guy at the front said sorry. That feels good."
"We absolutely love this hotel. We have stayed her multiple times and will definitely be putting this on the top of our list for staying in the twin cities. The rooms are always so clean, and the evening manager is amazing. He is so accommodating and will respond to our requests immediately. He goes above and beyond what we expect. The parking is super convenient, and easy access to the highway without being too close. A quiet location, great for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the big city."
"The staff is fantastic, especially one guy that seems to always be working the front desk. It's clean, quiet, has free parking and 20 min from about anywhere in Minneapolis. The area is very commercial, not a lot of sidewalks, if you like to go for walks."
"This location works great for us when visiting Minneapolis. Has a sports bar next door with good food that will give you a 15% discount. Stayed here twice now and will stay there again in the near future. Great staff and nice updated rooms. Very nice for the price!"
"I was generally happy with my stay at the Ramada Golden Valley. The lobby, hallway and room were clean. I didn't notice any unusual smells. The neighborhood appears to be safe. It was mostly quiet, with occasional sounds of people talking or laughing in hallway. The size of the room was quite adequate to accommodate two adults and a baby. The bed was very comfortable, except for a small lump in one spot. The refrigerator in the room worked well and was slightly larger than the average I've had in other hotels. It was easy to find a spot to park in the parking lot. My biggest complaint would be that they did not provide a box of tissues in the room."
