"I have a developmental disability and and always had a passion for working with children, I worked here for 2 years but I had a horrible experience!!! The teachers I worked with were frustrated that it took me a while to get the kids jacket zipped and mittens on due to fine motor skills and that It took me time to learn how to do things, or that I didn’t always know how to handle certain situations. I never was told “ hey maybe you can do it this way, or here is how you can handle this situation differently “. I never got positive feedback, it always negative!! There were countless times that I came home from work upset. They wanted to fire me because I wasn’t a good fit for their company, instead, I quit. To say I was discriminated against because of my disability is an understatement, I was never wanted at any of my performance reviews or knew when they were happening because they thought I couldn’t handle it. the way I was treated, because of my disability, was uncalled for and so wrong. Never work here if you have a disability or don’t, management and some of the teachers are rude and not kind!! Parents if you have kids with disabilities don’t send them here, they will better cared for elsewhere!!"

"My son has been here since he was 5 months old, and we feel so fortunate to have found this gem. The Director is incredible, and all of the teachers he has had have been fantastic. The turnover is very low, so the teachers have been there for a long time and 90% of the kids have stayed with him since he was in the infant room. This is his second home and family. I cannot say enough good things about this center."
