"I have mixed emotions about Metro Law as they were able to expediently resolve an issue with a basic car accident where we settled fairly with reasonable attorneys for the insurance company that covered my personal injury damages by Dan Lieber. But I recently had a slip and fall accident where I broke both my legs and suffered a concussion a DVT/PE and had 3 seizures as a result of falling down black icy and shaky steps. At that time of this accident Metro Law was dealing with internal impropriety problems unbeknownst to me with their lead attorney Dan Lieber and they seemed to be overwhelmed with other matters as a result because the other insurance company, Brotherhood Mutual, didn’t even acknowledge that anything even occurred for almost 2 and a half years with video evidence present. Todd Kenyon, nonetheless, stepped in as the new lead attorney midway into my suit and we were up against an unprovoked passive/aggressive attorney named Sylvia Zinn who claims to be an expert in alternate dispute resolution. But after an accusatory sworn deposition she immediately ran to the courthouse to file a motion to dismiss which was curiously approved by judge Patrick Diamond! Many things were not right not and suspicious with her timing! As I reflect on my experience I think the Metro Law lead attorney at that time Dan Lieber should’ve explained to me what issues he was dealing with when I reached out to their office. I think a simple fender-bender, regardless, is what this firm is qualified for but not a matter as complex as what mine entailed or anyone with a like accident. Because of these missteps my entire life is now permanently altered due to the damages of this injury and the long term damages are yet to be determined as I can’t operate my motor vehicle any longer or continue with many of my parental responsibilities. A 2 or 2.5 out of 5 is only because of the closure with my car accident years back but 0 is my number with my recent the slip and fall accident."
