He was excellent at problem solving, working with us to move this, and taking time to move it safely. He is truly a professional and a great asset to this freight company."

"Interviewed for this company, manager was condescending and rude. I felt the interview was terrible but the manager still wasted a TON of my time by asking me to complete a 500 question pre-employment questionaire and then within 8 hours sent me a "sorry, we are pursuing other candidates" letter. Bottom line....rigid corporate feel company, extensive hiring proccess, and a cookie cutter corporate playbook hiring manager."

"Lady named Lori obviously doesn't understand customer service very angry and hateful woman that doesn't know her job. Lies and deceiving lady and can't tell the truth. Called at 5:30pm Wednesday (01-26-2022) and said no one else was working. I asked to speak to us manager or somebody else besides her and she refused to put somebody on the phone but after I asked for a manager I heard her laughing and running her mouth in the background to somebody else before she put me on hold. This all from a delivery that was supposed to show up to my Business on Monday (01-24-2022) and now they've got it scheduled to come out January 31st and can't get a straight answer from this lady after I was guaranteed delivery today. This lady should really lose her job because she's causing your company a lot of money if this is how she handles people."

"Absolutely DO NOT use this company for residential or fragile shipments. They cannot handle deliveries without a loading dock and pallet jack or forklift. They have broken TWO wooden butcherblock countertops shipped to us. The second time it arrived completely cracked in half. When I have called them with concerns they are dismissive. They sent a delivery vehicle to my house without confirming or calling ahead, and I was at work. When I told them they'd have to keep the shipment until I had help to unload it, they got cranky and wanted to charge storage. Everyone you talk to tells you a different story. For over a year they have been screwing me and the craftsman who made the countertop over. At this point, he's losing money and I have no countertop. It's ridiculous!"
