"Edit to owner response: Randy I never said that one of your employees stole it but I do know after leaving it with your store it didn’t make it to the destination. Your very defensive tone and aggressive response says it all. I won’t be removing the review as it’s an accurate description of my experience with your store. I usually have good experiences here but don’t recommend dropping off iPhone trade ins here as one of mine is missing. I heard another customer ask about this issue and the employee said they were experiencing a lot of theft re phone trade ins."

I don't know why there were a couple of negative reviews in the past about the young red-haired man, who is the one who took care of my errand. He is rather quiet, brief and to the point, but I found him very pleasant, clear, and helpful. The store is spacious, unlike the tiny cramped Quarry location in Minneapolis."
