"I had an outstanding experience here today. I've had a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G for a little over 3 years now. Eventually though, the phone would no longer allow me to charge it through the USB port. I called Tech Fixers yesterday and within 24 hours, I had a new USB port and a new battery for just under $100. I can now use Android Auto again, and I couldn't be happier to be able to use my phone for a bit longer. I'm definitely going to them the next time I have a tech issue. The detail in which they are willing to describe tech repair is very comforting and interesting. They were even willing to show me my old parts, which made me feel very well taken care of. Also as a minor warning, the building can feel a little scary as you get close to the entrance. But the people are the nicest people I've met in a while, so it's worth the journey!"
"I came in with a cracked screen that went to black. They were able to test the phone and replace the screen within 1 day. The phone had more damaged then expected and parts had to be ordered and Dustin made sure the parts would come the next morning so I could get my phone fixed. Dustin even took time out of his Christmas Eve to fix my phone. Dealing with Dustin (The owner) and his worker Zach was very pleasant and both were very knowledgeable and wanted to help. I highly recommend coming here to get your phone repaired. Awesome service!"
"Great personal service: I actually mattered as a customer. Great turn around time, they were up front with how long the fix would take, and followed that exactly. Significantly more affordable than other brands of phone repair, even after quoting at least 6+ different places to do this type of repair. Great quality fix as well, good as new when before it was absolutely not. I had a shattered back glass on my iPhone, and they repaired to a shiny brand new state. 10/10 would go back to them again over every other tech repair place in the metro area."
