Bertram Chain of Lakes Regional Park is a stunning 1,200-acre natural area located in Wright County, Minnesota. This park, a partnership between Wright County and the City of Monticello, aims to preserve the beautiful landscape and provide a regional park for public enjoyment and recreation. With four lakes, acres of undisturbed shoreline, natural habitat, and oak forest, this park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The park offers a full-service campsite with 50amp electric, water, and sewer hookups, as well as an RV campground open from May to October. Visitors can explore nearly 7.5 miles of hiking trails, 14 miles of single-track mountain bike trails, and access to Bertram Lake and Long Lake for paddling opportunities. The main entrance at 9910 Briarwood Avenue NE provides access to a swimming beach, picnic facilities, a picnic shelter (available for reservation), a campground, a four-season climate-controlled chalet, and Camp Manitou facilities/day camp.
