"Remember back in the day when appliances lasted as long as the house they were placed in? These guys do, they also sell and service these old machines so that you don't have to succumb to planned obsolescence. They could be selling $1200 speed queens or fridges with tvs that cost as much as a car, but instead they will sell you a replacement part for the price of a really cheap date, or a refurbished unit with actual metal parts made to last....truly honest people doing work that's good for consumers, and good for the environment."

"Our 9 year-old microwave suddenly stopped working Monday while we were using it and we checked with this business and were told to bring it in. They called me the same evening and had the problem diagnosed and said the needed parts would be there the next day and it would be fixed. They recommended the repair because it's a high end microwave. I was able to pick it up the next day and put it to use right away. It was a very good experience - a satisfactory price, friendly and professional service and a 24 hour turnaround. Highly recommend this biz!"
