"The receptionist Ruby is MORE THAN RUDE, she has a BAD attitude and treated me like dirt. First off no where on google does it state that the clinic has moved, I called back to let them know I'm in the new building the only said it's on the 4th floor and I asked for the suite number, I have watched 7 people walk in and go before my daughter and my daughter was never checked in because they don't know her name, I'm highly upset and will NOT be coming back here. Ruby also stated there is nobody in charge. She is the worst receptionist I ever met anywhere, she has a smart mouth."

"I am done with this place. After waiting over a month to get a much needed appointment, we were running a little behind (car accident in freeway caused big delay) and called the clinic to tell them we were running behind. They said, no worries, please come. Well, we we arrived, they turned us away. I was less than 10 minutes later than expected and there were protesters adding to the traffic next to the building, creating further delay. I spent over 1.5 hours in the car to get there, took time off work, took my child out of school only to be met with rude front desk reception. The receptionist didn't even ask the doctor if she could take us. We are not habitually late. We have been coming to this clinic for 17 years. This review doesn't come from just one incident- the last several years have been challenging and this was the final tipping point. I am taking my children elsewhere"

"We honestly thought about leaving when Dr Stealey retired because we live in Plymouth now BUT we stayed because the staff is great here. The nurses and front office have worked here a long time and are friendly and efficient. I like to spend my money at places that treat their employees well and can maintain the staff. We've seen many of the Dr's here over the years and they were all patient and kind. Our primary Dr McCarthy is thorough and thoughtful in his advise regarding my special needs son. Highly recommend!"

"After a long, difficult pregnancy with a few awful doctors, I was not looking forward to pediatric visits after birth. However, I have been nothing but amazingly surprised going to this office the past year! Every doctor and nurse I've seen has been caring, kind, welcoming, and respectful of my decisions as a parent. They have taken time to answer my questions and have never rushed me. Even the receptionists are great and make scheduling very simple. Highly recommend to all new parents."
