"Was here 6 years ago after an ischemic stroke. They were great then, and seem to be as good, or better now. This time it's for my lower back. Every one is friendly and genuinely happy to see me.Eric first explained what my problem is, then he worked with me, showed me a group of exercises to do at home, then massaged my lower back to loosen muscles Now I'm starting pool therapy . They have a nice exercise pool at their location.Eric is super nice, and very knowledgeable. All in all, a great place to come if you need therapy."

"Very disappointed in the professionalism of staff. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. 25 minutes later I was brought back to the room to begin therapy. I could understand if they were running late on patients. But that wasn't the case. Staff had broken her phone and was communicating with her family and Verizon. Once in the room the staff member rotated between logging into her Verizon account on her laptop and chatting with Verizon and family members on the phone on WHILE hap hazardly doing my therapy. Then, for the last 10 minutes decided to go on a rant and tell me what a horrible place my daughter works is. Seriously, so unprofessional and really turned me off for PT at this place I cancelled all my future appointments. I'll find professional care elsewhere."
