"this is a good pharmacy! the staff are knowledgeable and well trained. i think the reason some people don’t have good experiences is because there is often a line and the staff is probably trying to keep things moving. so they’re not rude per se, but maybe come across that way. the location is in a high traffic area so expect a wait and a line. if you have shopping to do you can knock that out if you’re waiting for a prescription to fill. this place is better than many of the reviews give it credit for. the reality is, much like the dmv, people typically don’t look forward to visiting the pharmacy. they’re doing their best and we should be grateful for their expertise and service to keeping us healthy and alive!"
"My vet called in a prescription refill a week ago....they have had 1 week to fill and have the prescription ready for me but when I got there to pick it up it wasn't ready. I was told it would be 20 minute's. They were working on it. I shopped for 20 minutes, got back in line for another 10 minites and was told it wasn't ready...it would be another 10 minutes. Ridiculous! When it's time to renew, I'll be finding another pharmacy!"
"I always have a good experience when I go to the pharmacy. Most of the staff are helpful and polite. However, there is one young woman who never makes eye contact. She never says hello, just “date of birth?” She could definitely work on her people skills."
"This pharmacy is overworking and underpaying their workers . I have spent an hour trying to pick up a called in prescription only to find out they haven’t began filling it and I have to wait another half hour. There is a backed up line 20- people deep and only one person working the front, plus, the all of the flu shot people are also checking in at same time!!! The worst pharmacy ever. All of my prescriptions will be transferred to another NON CVS pharmacy. Pay your employees higher wages and then maybe you will attract more employees-it’s not brain surgery to figure this out!"
