"Hot food bar has been pretty sad lately, today the eggs were burnt on the bottoms for sitting for hours on end before being serves to customers for full price. The waffles have consistently been over looked in rotation over the last week and the staff behind the counter are not approachable. The week before that there was nothing on the hot bar at all during lunch time at 2pm costing the store consistent amounts of income. So the problem here is that when there is something the quality is over looked and when there isn't your missing sales ans sending away hungry people."

"I shop at Lunds and Byerly’s frequently. Normally I do not go to the Minnetonka location but today I went because it is close to my job. When I was ready to check out the cashier asked if I was a instacart shopper. I politely told her no these are my groceries and asked why she thought that. She explained that people with more groceries tend to be instacart shoppers. I couldn’t help but think she was making an assumption based on my race. I did not hear her ask any of the white customers prior to me if they were instacart shoppers. Sad world we live in. I hope there can be more training for cashiers at your store to learn to be more respectful of different races and stop using stereo types. Very unprofessional!"

"L&B has inconsistent customer service. Occasionally wonderful, mostly mid to poor. This particular L&B customer service is mid at best. Something to watch out for in general, and in particular at this L&B store, are expiration dates. The expiration dates, especially on dairy products, are often soon to expire or past the date itself. I find this applies to all stores when it comes to sale items. It feels like they’re trying to dump almost expired/expired products on the customer. Or possibly they are not on top of their inventory? Yesterday 01/22/24, Kemps, on sale onion dip had an expiration date of 01/16/24. A week past it’s freshness. Pass!"

"Lower your prices and customers can bag their own groceries. Baggers are not helping speed things up and use way too many bags. Hot deli food is non existent compared to other Byerlys. This store is no real Byerlys."

"A wide variety of everything! I love their tea, jam, cheese, and fresh produce selections! The bakery has unique and delicious treats. If you are looking for a healthy lunch, their delicious has a salad bar, Asian food, and cold pasta/veggie dishes."
