NWPHS Acme is a school located in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, United States. Our institution believes in never stopping exploring who you are, your interests, passions, the world, or where life can lead you. The Headwaters cohort for 9th-grade students teaches the skills needed to be successful at project-based learning. Our curriculum combines advisory, inquiry-driven project-based learning, interdisciplinary seminars, and overnight expeditions to help students become independent learners with the skills to succeed in the 21st century. As a tuition-free public charter school authorized by Bethel University, we offer a safe, caring, welcoming, and inclusive community for no more than 185 students. Our focus is on developing post-secondary competencies such as Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, Creativity, & Citizenship. We offer a positive path for building real-life experiences and partner with organizations in the community to expand learning opportunities for our students.
