"This clinic is the most horribly managed health clinic. I often have to call several times to get my prescriptions refilled. They say things like “I’llsend a note to the nurse to get your prescriptions refilled and have them call you back when it’s done.” They never call! Then when I call back they say “We don’t have any record that you even called.” I call weeks in advance of need the prescriptions refilled to give them plenty of time to end up having to call every day because I’m out of my meds. Nobody should ever get to the point where they are out of their meds! It’s ridiculous! They constantly pass the buck saying well so and so must not have done whatever thing or blame it on the patient rather than take responsibility for dropping the ball and trying to do better. I’m so fed up! I wish there was a way to report them. So sad that they are like this. People deserve better! They don’t even deserve 1 star."
