"I do not recommend going to this hospital if you need help. The ER is understaffed and doesn't have enough beds. The doctors that are in the ER don't listen to the patients and will leave you unattended and in pain for hours. Dr. Weeks was absolutely horrible to have as a doctor. He didn't even ask me what was happening when I came in. He interrupted me everytime I tried to talk. I was in pain and in tears. He gave me a urine test and sent me home without further tests or treatments. This isn't 1st time that we've had issues at this hospital. I was told over the phone a couple years ago that if I wanted real help they suggested I go to a different hospital."

"(emergency room) I get that there might be people that need help more than my wife and I but absolutely no communication. We have been left in our room on 2 occasions with nobody even checking on us. We've left. We actually had to leave and go to the other nearest emergency room.. Less than 1 star.. GO TO ANOTHER ER!!"

"Would give zero stars if i could. Wife went in to the er on Saturday, they said she had diverticulitis and wanted to send her down to the cities cause they had no beds. So they sent her down to Woodwinds hospital only for them to release her at 5 AM. Then she went in on Sunday cause her dialysis access blew open they cleaned her up and sent her home so when she went to dialysis in the morning she was bleeding again. So they had me bring her down to Abbott. Luckily we did cause they had to replace her fistula."

"Darla D, NP the worse care provider I have ever experienced. Went to Urgent care today 10/17/2023 with awful pain. I just had tonsils/adenoids removed, nasal surgery, and 2 nerve ablations the week before. I was still in horrible pain from recovery. I didn't ask for much just 2-3 days worth of continued medicine (liquid form due to not being abke to swallow )because of the extremely awful pain I was in. This lady accused me of medication seeking and told me she was concerned. I said concerned about what? Taking my medication as prescribed. This lady talked over me, interrupted me, and then brought in some dude and accused me of being angry. Duh, I am mad your treating me like poop and I am in awful pain. Later she came back in with a changed attitude admitted she had some incorrect information and but by now IDGAF the damage had been done. I told her imma make her awful care famous."

"Dr. Stephanie in ER today 08/4/23 at about 1100 hundred hours was absolutely phenomenal! She was so caring and her bed side manner was terrific! It was a tough day but her honesty and caring demeanor helped me through. I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves!"
