"I'm not a review person unless I feel the need to share my encounter. 1st ever colonoscopy done August 2023 in Plymouth. I wake up to excruciating pain and cramping in my upper stomach area. They had no idea what it could be other than possibly they tore my colon. I was told I should go to the ER. My wife was and I asked if she could drive me, and they said it's already on the way. I was rushed to ER and given a CT scan. All negative. While I'm thankful there had been no tear and I'm not going to name the Dr. specifically, what I am upset with is I accumulated $3500 in charges based on the Dr. "over inflating me" which HE ADMITTED, then they forced me into an ambulance. I spoke to a MNGI advocate who told me it's my fault because I have a "redundant colon" (longer than normal) and no "wrong-doing" occurred, regardless of the Dr. admitting what he did AND the fact we were forced to use the ambulance. What's wrong with an office that can't pay for something they caused? I didn't ask for pain or suffering, just pay the bills THEY created. Visit them at your own "inflated" risk!"
