"Update January 2024: I highly recommend the dentists and hygienists, as I wrote in my original 5 star review (see below). However, due to the unprofessionalism in the billing department, I won't be returning to this clinic. I called with a question about my billing statement and was told by staff member Courtney "We can just send it to collections." I hadn't said anything about not paying the bill; simply asking about the items on the invoice. I have never had anything sent to collections and have never not paid a bill. I later talked to the supervisor in the billing department, Tessa, and while she maintained professionalism, I didn't feel my concerns were taken seriously and certainly nothing was rectified. So for a dispute over a $272 charge, they will lose my business (and my entire family of 5) business for good. Original review, October 2023: We had a great experience here. My two sons had cleanings, so did I, and then my older son (7) needed fillings. The dentist (Dr Hood) and the hygienists (Paula and Sue) were all friendly and did a great job. My favorite part about our experience was how client-centered they were. They helped my son remain calm even though he was very scared. They stopped and talked with him whenever he raised his hand during the fillings. They allow parents to be with kids while they have cleanings or other procedures."

"Each month I wait on hold only to be told there are no open appointments. I have been going to this dentist for 8 years and now they don't have openings because I don't have the right HealthPartners insurance. Apparently, HealthPartners Dental doesn't accept HealthPartners insuance."

"I have been going here for years. I never have had an issue at all. Every time I call, the receptionist is kind and professional. The dentist I see is amazing as is the hygienist/assistant. They both are professional, thorough and explain things to you as they go. They treat you with respect and courtesy as if you are family. I will never go to another dentist."

"Excellent dental staff. Empathetic, caring and informative. Sometimes the office scheduling staff can be less than pleasant- it comes from a good place of them wanting to make sure you understand process, but it can come across as condescending as someone noted. HP needs get with the program to offer more in-network options. Once you’re in the HMO system you’re trapped and if you want to continue seeing your doctors and dentists - regardless of carrier, they act like you don’t exist and cut your records access."
