"I witnessed a manager named Nicole being incredibly rude to an elderly woman who needed assistance pumping gas this afternoon. She whipped a jacket off a coat rack by the door which almost hit my husband in the face. This manager has no manners and no customer service skills what so ever and has absolutely no business being in a position that has to deal with people. My advice is get her some extra training to teach her how to be courteous and helpful...things most of us learned in grade school. Without repeat customers you don't have a business and you lost one today and I'm sure many more as long as this manager Nicole is still employed there."
