"I was at Great Clips to get my haircut on December 3 and got a great haircut. My only complaint was that the Veterans Day coupon that they gave me it less than 30 days to use it being a veteran and protecting our country and having a coupon expire in less than 30 days is not to my liking, I wish Great Clips would at least give us 60 days to use a coupon instead of less than 30 days because who gets a clear-cut every 28 days I wish that Great Clips would honor Veterans in a better way thank you ."
"The person who cut my hair did a fast & sloppy job. I recut sections of my own hair when I got home. On my previous visit, I was told that styling notes were added to my file but they were missing on this visit. Even though this is a value-priced facility, I will pay more money and go elsewhere for my next haircut."
"My toddler was crying because he was scared and his stylist acted as if it was inconvenient for her. He’s two, I’m not sure what her expectations were. At our usual salon, he sits in my husband’s lap and when we asked her if that would be ok she acted like she wouldn’t be able to cut it. He’s had four hair cuts prior to today and it has never been an issue. Besides her demeanor she gave him a hack job and shaved off half of his eyebrow so that’s going to be cute for my sisters wedding. She didn’t even ask how we wanted it or anything. I still tipped her $5 because I don’t believe in not tipping, but I’m not at all impressed."
"Marcia is the best. I have difficult, fine hair that tangles like crazy. I always dreaded going for haircuts to the point I even started cutting my own hair to avoid the pain. But since trying this Great Clips, I found Marcia is able to handle my hair without problems. She always does a fantastic job, taking the time to do perfect cuts without pulling my hair at all. She takes the time to listen to what you want and to any specific needs or requests. She is also so knowledgeable. I henna'ed my hair in the past and she gave me great suggestions how to handle henna-colored hair. I would not want anyone else cutting my hair! So many times you experience stylists that rush through haircuts just to get through more and more clients and you just feel like a number. Marcia is totally different, she takes such good, personalized care of each client."
