"Horrible management. Extremely rude! Had an issue with a brow appt scheduling. I was told if I don’t come into the salon by EOD, I had to pay the full cost of the service. I ended up going in at my scheduled appt time and waiting over 20 minutes without being helped so I left. I wrote a bad review regarding the experience and was contacted by Jill saying I have to delete the review if I want to come back. I did delete the review which somehow caused even more drama. Some stylists are good and I’m sure with a change in management, this salon will be great!"
