"Reasonable pricing, make sure you check every year if any new promotions. Delicious water. Could have a hot beverage cup option. They used to bring my water to my back door now its all the way in the back yard by the driveway. But I really like the water flavor. Hard to swallow the sink (even though Minneapolis water is prolly the best locally=atleast its not hard water) water but on occasion no choice."

"I get an email reminder what day they are coming to pick up my empty containers and replace with full ones. They deliver to to my door, no contact necessary. Auto-payment is working great and if I want to look at details/history of my account, I log into their secure website with my personal sign-on."

"Setting up service was quick and easy. Once you get introduced to your delivery person is a whole add on bonus. We are so thankful to have met Mike! He has a great service mato and has been very friendly and patient about guiding us through the routine delivery and how to contact him should we have questions."

"My ex girlfriend opened a Culligan account in my name fraudulently. I was assigned Adam as a CSR. He is very unprofessional, rude, and not willing to take care of this matter being fraud. He demanded me to pay a bill I never signed up for in the first place. He has harassed me for over 6 months now. I had requested to be given the info on how this account was signed up in my name in the first place. He declined to give me any info regarding “MY” account. He also requested my new address to send me some alleged paperwork. I decided to stop into the Brooklyn park location to grab the paperwork and be assigned a new representative. Neither of those were accomplished. Heather who works the front desk seemed to be helpful and said she would get someone else for me. I was told to wait outside. They ended up calling the police on me to have me removed from the property rather than handling this situation and the amount of **$120.00** I was recording on my phone the entire time and I even called from a different phone to confirm heather was getting someone to resolve the issue. In the video she said a man named Steve would be out to talk to me. Steve never came out to talk. Nothing was accomplished and yet again they are not taking my issue seriously. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere."

"Took longer than expected to get setup (11 days from contract signed to delivery), wrong cooler unit delivered at setup, cooler was dirty and unfit for use, and incorrect billing (over charged by 40%) on initial bill. Pretty rough start… Cannot say I’d recommend. Update - 30 days post sign up, they still cannot get me the right cooler or setup correctly. Hands down the most dysfunctional and disorganized business I’ve ever worked with."
