"I highly recommend Rio! One they allow a free week, so why not?! On my sons first day, they were so warm and kind and introduced him to the class. It really made him feel welcome and it was nice to see as a parent as well. The Halloween party there was really fun and it was a blast for the kids."

"I came to town with the Jiujitsuinsurance.com crew and had to stop by this GFTeam gym in Minnesota while visiting. First thing I want to say is that it is very family focused and friendly! Definitely a place for the entire family to train BJJ in Apple Valley! Also the Level of instruction is very high , and the talent of the adults I rolled with was impressive. Great group of people on mats , I would definitely check this place out if you love bjj"
