"We first went to NSVH because we adopted a special needs kitty, Gamera, that we'd fostered (with her mama and siblings), and Animal Allies connected us with them because they had experience with her illness. They were great, so kind and knowledgeable, and really do their best to lower stress for pets and pet parents. We were there every two weeks when she was a kitten, monitoring her condition until they determined she wouldn't need corrective surgery. We had to say goodbye to her last week after having her for less than two years due to an unrelated illness. The staff were so patient and kind to us. We'll definitely bring our other kitties there in the future. Not that it's the most important thing, but I was also surprised that their costs were comparable or lower than my old vet, but the care and time given to us was so much better. "Amazing oncology team. Everyone is caring and is great with supporting owners. The entire office is amazing. We've had such a crazy/hard year and they helped us every step along the way. When it was finally time to say good bye our dog was happy to be there. We couldnt have asked for more."
"Every interaction I've had has been amazing. The staff are lovely, they care and explain things so you understand. The rooms are clean and well kept. They keep several slots open during the day for emergencies, you just have to call right away when they open. 10/10 would reccomend."
"Oh my goodness, I am SO pleased with our first visit to this office! They were so kind, patient and caring with our fur baby. We switched to this vet from waters edge and the difference is night and day! This place is affordable, clean and to the point. The doctor and assistant were both really good at calming our dog who is very skittish around new people as well. We will be going here from now on!"
