Norton Shores Recreation Department
β OpenThe Norton Shores Recreation Department, located at 4814 Henry Street in Norton Shores, Michigan, offers a variety of recreational activities for all ages. Sign-ups are now open for the summer softball leagues, with fees ranging from $450 to $600 depending on the night of play. Teams can also participate in multiple leagues at a reduced rate. Coaches must pay fees by April 8th to be included in the scheduling process, with the season starting the week of April 15th. Champion trophies will be awarded in each division per night. Registration is currently open for the Spring 2024 Session, with various recreational programs available. Ross Park, a 43-acre park on the south side of Mona Lake, is home to the summer and fall softball leagues as well as a disc golf course. Lake Harbor Park, a 189-acre park on Lake Harbor Road, offers access to Lake Michigan, the Mona Lake Channel, and Mona Lake. Black Lake Park, a 58-acre parcel, provides passive recreation opportunities for nature lovers.
