"Called last week to get appointment get hot tub looked at. Got call today from Steve I believe was his name went on to tell me that I should of called in the spring and it's to cold to work on hot tubs now mind u it was almost 60 degrees today . So if u want your hot tub repaired better make sure it's above 60 degrees and u call in the spring . Repair part is a joke pool store is great ."
