"I was a service tech for 20 years at his competition and i can say ive never met a better tech nor nicer man to deal with. If i don't have time or just dont care to sort it myself i take it to norm. Ive never known him to not get it right the first time. His prices are fair too.. Norm is not only competent, he is honest and WILL treat you well. I've NEVER heard a credible complaint about his service. I did have some one complain he was taking a long time to get to their boat but I also know this was when his spouse was very ill and passed away. His turn around times are very good and his work is very detailed. You won't regret any work you have him do."
