"Worst case scenario, the interns fail to read patient medical charts properly. They walk in on you without knowing your history, and do not know what you are even there to be seen for. Failed to recognize pulmonary failure, also did not recognize my pulmonary disease. Did not know my status, like not even read my chart before they come in the room? No thank you. I'll stick with professionals."

"As I got on here to find the office’s number, i seen a negative post about the office and felt compelled to say something. I’ve been a patient for a couple years now, while a lot of the doctors are “training and residents”, they have always treated me well. They may be young, but they are fresh minded and passionate about medicine, and very eager to help. I have always been treated with compassion, understanding, and professionalism while I have been treated by this office. The nurses are kind and sweet, and all have a gentle demeanor and nurturing way of doing things. The people who work the front desk, go out of their way to help you, joke around, but make sure you have all the paperwork you need and understanding of your billing etc. To rate anything lower than a 5 is crazy to me."
"Terrible all around! They never let you see your actual doctor, in fact I’ve never seen her once! They choose who treats you on a daily basis depending on what your there for. Because I’m young and not taken seriously I’ve seen 4 doctors from 5 appointments. All of them but one were under 30 years old and obviously resident doctors still in training. During my last appointment they made me pay up front before I was seen for some reason. Then the doctor didn’t want to physically examine the swollen cyst I came in for, she just looked at it and said the illness was in my head!!! Implying that I’m a hypochondriac because she was too lazy and grossed out to touch my ear. Pathetic"
