I need to see the doctor nothing severe as of yet the representative Tina was very callous, and unconcerned with my situation when I expressed concern with the fact that the next appointment that was available was July and did not try to resolve my situation by offering to schedule me with another doctor basically told me to go to University of Michigan"

"I wish I was able to give negative stars. My Doctor was Dr. Hebsur. I believe after 2 ablations he did more harm than good. I have moved on to another EC in another health care system. His nurse Cheryl does not have the disposition to be a cardiac nurse. She is rude, abrasive, and tends to threaten patients. I believe she has missed her calling and should have went to Para legal field, cause she loves to quote law. Please don't waste your time with this practice. I have literally had an svt episode after every conversation I have had with Cheryl."

"I called to ask if I would be able to attend an appointment with my elderly mother. Lauren said I could wait in the waiting room but couldn’t go back with her. I had questions about this and Lauren clearly didn’t like my questions and actually hung up on me. I’m also a patient, but will now be going somewhere else. There is no excuse to hang up on someone unless they are being belligerent, which I was not. So disappointed in the unprofessional conduct of this employee."
