"Originally it was easy to get a ahold of them to schedule our first appointment. They instantly helped with checking with our insurance confirming we would be covered. Have been seeing Angela Arche and I would give her a 5 star. I’m super disappointed they keep a card on file. They recently ran my card before my insurance processed the session. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone from billing for about a week and when I did its someone who you can’t understand and knows nothing about billing. I emailed support letting them know of this and it’s been 2 weeks and no one has emailed me back. Concerned with having future appointments here and getting over charged."
