Basha Diagnostics: Basha Open MRI Sterling Heights 13753 19 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48313

"DO NOT USE THEM! The front staff was nice enough. However, Dr. Basha didn't take time to read my MRI properly. Did not note the arthritis, severe stenosis, bulging disc, and herniated disc that's pressing against the nerve in my neck. My spine surgeon read the same MRI from the disc they cut for me, and he was absolutely disgusted and outdone. He walked me through every issue on my MRI and explained it throughly. Unfortunately, if I would have just trusted what Dr. Basha reported, I wouldn't understand why I have such severe pain in my neck, migraines, pain down my arm, numb fingers, and shoulder blade pain. Advocate for yourself. Get the disc and take to your doctor and let them read it. I've tried to contact Basha several times to have them correct the report and take their time reading it, but nothing. I aparently am just another dollar figure to them. I contacted my insurance company and explained to them about the shotty job they did and asked them to have them re-read it and update before payment is sent. That's where we are right now. Saying I'm disappointed in them doesn't even begin to explain how I feel."

"I've put off getting an MRI for several years for an old injury, and after re-injuring again, knew it was likely necessary. I was referred here from my orthopedic provider who mentioned that this location provides him with the clearest and most accurate imaging. I arrived at the office and everything went quickly, the staff was so kind and empathic to my anxiety related to the process. This MRI was a breeze thanks to the staff and their attention to detail. Hopefully will not have to return again, however will recommend Basha to everyone."

She was so nice, & kept checking in over the headphones to make sure I was alright which helped to make me more relaxed. She was kind & compassionate. I hope I get her again next time! They had an opening later in the evening and said she would call if there was an earlier cancelation. She ended up calling back with an earlier time to get him in.
