"Before I get to the bad, I will first say that I have used this company a handful of times, for electrical and plumbing work. Their guys have done a fantastic job and have been great to work with. Unfortunately it seems that customer service has gone downhill recently. About a month ago I called to try to get an estimate for a plumbing job and was told I would hear back. I didn't hear back for a few days, so I called again. I was told again that I would hear back. After a few days I got a call from a plumber named Brad. Unfortunately I missed the call, but called back within the day. I got no answer but left a message. About a week later I still had not heard back. I called their main line again and told them what happened. A day or so later Brad called me again. He told me he would be able to get out to my house that afternoon. He never showed up. He never even called to tell me he wouldn't be able to make it. I still have not heard from this company since. Unfortunately, despite having good experiences in the past with this company, it seems that is no longer going to be the case, and I will not be a customer anymore."
