"We have had a terrible experience with Diamond Factory. First, they tried charging us for a warranty covered visit. They checked out our dishwasher and said the heating element and motherboard needed replaced. We waited ten days for parts to come in and for the appointment. The same tech came back and didn’t replace the motherboard, just the heating element, and said “we’ll see if that fixes it.” It didn’t. Plus, loose screws were left off of the dishwasher. I had to go through the whole process again to get a tech back out and the next available appointment was supposed to be two days from the time of this review. They cancelled and said it would be the following week unless we wanted the same tech. At this point, we need the dishwasher fixed but good luck ever trying to get ahold of them. I waited at place 10, got to 3 on hold, then an automated “we are too busy, try your call again later.” Also, if you choose the “hold your place in line and we will call you back,” they don’t actually call back. Who knows if it’ll actually ever get fixed. I definitely don’t recommend them."

"Hi, I’ve been trying to reach you all for weeks to reschedule the follow up appointment that I missed. I’ve called at least 3 different numbers numerous times and the mailbox has either been full, if it wasn’t, then my call was just never returned, or your automated phone service disconnects the call if I was next in line. I’ve even tried to text the number that sent me the reminders. In a very desperate attempt to reach you (seeing as you can reply to reviews but can’t return phone calls), I am now writing a review to see if I can get a response."

"Time from service call to appointment was only a few days. Technician was courteous and quick. Took time to explain the problem and some maintenance I could do to prevent the problem in the future - which unfortunately involves me dismantling my ice maker every 2-3 months because of a design flaw and me having hard water. Overall good experience."

"A technician came in to look at my Whirlpool dishwasher leaking 20-ish minutes into the cycle. He tried to leave after 15 minutes saying it is not leaking. When he finally saw it leaking he told me the door seal I replaced from Amazon was no good and I needed an OEM seal. I reluctantly let him replace it. He then complained about being here more than an hour and would not wait to see if that fixed the leak before billing me. After he left, it leaked. When I opened the dishwasher, the door seal looked different. I verified from Whirlpool's repair website that the technician installed the door seal backwards. The flat side of the seal should be against the side of the tub and not in towards the inside of the dishwasher. I re-installed the door seal the correct way and the leak remains. When I called to have a different tech come back, they scheduled and then cancelled the day of the appointment. They are refusing return calls from me requesting a refund for a door seal that was installed wrong and not needed anyway. I see from other reviews they seem to be quick recommend parts and not refund them when the part does not fix the issue. They are unprofessional in complaining how long a fix takes and not waiting to see if a repair fixes the issue. On top of that, it is unethical to not refund parts not needed and not return to fix the actual issue. I had another technician from a different company come in. He also confirmed the seal was installed backwards and fix the issue in a single visit. Edit: Since posting the review, I have heard from a manager. Will advised only that I will not be refunded. Will did not offer to reschedule or any other solution."
